How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped we'll email you with confirmation and tracking information (if applicable). If you can't find this email, please check your 'spam' and/or 'junk' folders. If it isn't there, please email us on info@crazylenses.com.

How much does delivery cost & how long will it take ?

Crazy Lenses ships orders to every corner of the world and offers a range of shipping options that vary by region. All available options and their applicable costs will be presented to you at checkout, this takes place before you are required to enter your payment details. Regardless of location, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours between Monday to Friday. Meanwhile, orders place over the weekend or on a national holiday will be shipped on the following Monday.

I haven't recevied my order, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within the quoted timescale, please contact our support team via email on info@crazylenses.com

One of my items is damaged, what should I do?

If one or more of the items from your order are damaged during transit, please contact our support team via live chat by clicking here or send an email to info@crazylenses.com and we'll aim to arrange a speedy replacement. When contacting us, please include your order number and a photo of the damaged product.
